  6. I like this book because it was a very interesting book. I was sad when the hamster died but I still liked it because it was a mystery. I love this book!!

  7. The mother and father are very mean to the kids by not having any pets

If my mum and dad did that to me i would make a deal with them to get really good marks in school and if i did i would get a pet.

  8. I loved the idea that the two best friends used to check on each others dictionary to find the meaning of the words. I also liked the way they both made many lists.

    SUMMARY
At the begging of the book there is 2 kids who really wanted hamsters. But their mom doesn’t want them to have hamsters because they fiddle around the house everywhere. But in the second event the 2 kid’s mother buy’s a hamster for them because of some reason after her mother died because her sickness. After the 2 kids get their hamster the older kid invites her friend and when she saw her friend she was wearing the expensive green jacket that she also wanted. When she came in and put the jacket in the closet the hamster cage was there under it.After the older kid and the older kid’s friend had finished their project her friend went to get the green jacket and when she wore it there was a hole in her jacket. The hamster bit out of it.The last part that I thought that was sad was in the midnight. In the midnight when the older kid looked in the cage there was more than 2 hamsters. There were 8 more hamsters! She was really surprised. But when she woke up all the hamsters were dead and one of the hamsters was not their and one of the hamsters had one leg cut off.

  14. This book is kind of gross. I don’t like the ending in this book. I don’t like books when they don’t really figure out the solution. I also don’t like it because I like hamsters and hamsters get killed in this book!!! 😦 😦
